1. Tell people you're organizing a race with your stuff as reward.
2. Tell them, you have a bunch of people in really pimped ceptors/other fast craft, so they bring expensive, fast, untanked stuff.
3. When it starts tell them to warp to you, because you're the start position.
4. Be in the middle of the Recon 3 cloud.
5. ???
6. Profit.

You can give your stuff to the guy who actually lols at the joke.

Quizzes are a fun way to do it. I made this character's first million isk when I was 30 minutes old by answering a quiz in newbie chat.

...granted I cheated and googled the answer and just happened to type faster.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.
