Its for the extra mid slot so you can have tank + AB + TP - the difference in DPS is marginal having both TP and AB is useful. (OK its not pure balls to the wall but slightly more saner fit that pure dps no tank).

this fit is a drake with slightly smaller sig size.


The difference between the drake and the Tengu is the skills. The drake is more skill intensive than the Tengu. You have to train bcs V, all missile skills V and all drones V to do 30% less of dps than the Tengu while the latter only requires subs to V and missiles to V.
