@Ashimat: Yes? PYFA says the carrier can remote rep about ~1000 hp/sec, which applied to the lokis is something like 6k dps. Is that enough to survive the two guardian spawns?

edit: Just realized that's more than the peak tank on the dreadnaught, so I'd better hope so.

It is enough.

Just did 3 kinds of C2 sites with a t2 fit (w/ cheap 8 mil repper) Slicer if anyone wants a super cheap option, 250 dps w/ conflag is pretty sad though.

C3 - Drakes work fine, you can solo in a drake, but it's slow.

Personally I prefer T3 + Battleship combo works quite well if you've got a buddy you pair up with inside your hole.

"when a ship is blown up, the pilot usually winds up replacing it. This drives the economy, steadies inflation, and gives industrialists a reason to manufacture. In contrast, creating isk while never losing any items has the unfortunate reverse effect on the market, plus it isn't really any fun." Jala

Your bread and butter in a c1 and c2. These will also work in c3, just have to make sure to warp out if it gets TOO hairy. Also if you dual box you wont have to warp out as your other toon will take aggro as you are about to break. Usually.

Are the Drake fits pretty much a standard 'go to' for all C1's - C3's?

Yup. That is basic fit for passive regen Drakes. They work, but like someone said, it's slow.

Speaking about C3
Passive drake works fine when the site doesn't have neuts.
Drake can have a good dps, about 400 and defense about 700 with no faction equips.

Outpost Frontier Stronghold will work great.
Fortification Frontier Stronghold will not work fine, you will need to leave the site and it probably will disappear.

Anoms don't disappear when you warp out of them if they aren't cleared.

Well, I'm lazy and hate running out of ammo, so here's what I do with pewpewLAZORs:

C1 - Solo with your basic T2 fit Harbinger, active omni tank on single rep, usually pulses, AB fit. With 2-3+ toons, shouldn't be hard with frigs or destroyers, some cruisers it might be a bit dodgy (offensive drones are a no until you've got about 3 people)

C2 - Solo with the aforementioned T2 Harby, ECM drones in case I run into trouble. Stabilize active tank at a higher % of total cap or be ballsy and fit a nos instead of a probe bay.
Duo with a pair of harbies with swapped armor repper drones.

C3 - Solo with a Legion, Pulse laser / AB fit rigged for armor repair. Subsystem layout is fairly obvious. T2 guns, obviously, and a web to keep things in the damage applicability range. Actually functions all right with non-faction ammo (very solid DPS with multifreq) but obviously navy ammo is as usual your best bet and you should keep some T2 on hand for any troublemakers of the PC variety that show up.

So far as I know the BC/BC/T3 pattern for soloing C1/C2/C3 is legit for Caldari and Minmatar as well. Gallente is a bit dodgier given the dependence on drones (****** in solo against sleepers) or blasters (sleepers are faster than a properly tanked armor boat so range is an issue). I guess something odd like a dual rail/web setup on a Brutix might swing it, but I haven't tried it so can't say for sure.
