Rules: You can only pick one movie, anthology, or tv series per post and try not to mention something already mentioned by another poster. Give other posters a chance to get thier movies in.

You can write a short review if you like, such as setting and type of entertainment and try not to spoil too much of it.

I'll start

Ironclad
Awsome medival set back during king johns reign in england back in the 1700s and semi-historic accurate movie (if you liked 300 you may like this one.) Its little bit less over the top on artistic vision though than 300 movie was.

Stargate: Universe Series

Thats my future vision of an EVE-like game. Turn that series into a game and I'm all over it. I would of course still play EVE though Big smile

The Awakening (2010, not to be confused with actual movies of the same name)

this thing was utter crap. terrible. TERRIBLE.

If you want a bad movie to laugh at, this should be in your queue.

Just one? You jerk...

I guess I'll have to go with The Prowler (1981)

A nice nostalgic film from the golden age of slasher movies... and some of Tom Savini's best work.

Valhalla Rising.

Fantastic movie that actually uses the fact that it's a movie. There's very little dialoge, the camera doesn't do anything fancy, there is no gratuitous porn or fireworks, and the music is often barely noticeable. Awesome visuals and a neat story make it easily 9/10 without gimmicks. Losing one point for bad blood effects in several scenes and certain stupid looking characters.

I recommend NOT watching the trailer.

From Paris with Love

A well paced Espionage Action Flic starring John Travolta in France, has a throwback line to Boondock Saints, If you like Jason Borne series with a little bit less plot holes this flic may be for you.

Bolded a certain part of the rule in the first post, I am not restricting you to one post, but one movie per post, I'm just asking to pace yourselves as not everyone could watch all the suggestions in one night and dont want to swamp them if they're following this thread.

The Kill Point

This was a miniseries on Spike I believe, that I just stumbled across on Netflix by accident. Started watching them on Saturday and watched almost every episode nonstop.

"Iraq war veteran Mr. Wolf (John Leguizamo) leads his ex-platoon on a bank heist in this dramatic series. When the robbery goes wrong, the soldier is forced to take hostages, setting the stage for a standoff with police negotiator Horst Cali (Donnie Wahlberg)"
