Couple of possibilities that I can think of

1 he needs to clear a spot on his account (See your post above)?

2 he sent you the name of a character not the account name

Please update your first post with following information:

  • You must disclose whether or not the character being sold has a negative balance in its wallet and the amount.
  • The location of the character must be disclosed and whether it is in high security, low security, null sec or wormhole space. You must also state if the character is in space or in a station.
