Cargo expanders on Orca

I tried to fit cargo expander II's into my Orca's low slots, and the fitting gui showed a capacity increase from 40km3 to 70km3.

But, the Inventory interface still shows the Orca's cargo hold at 40km3, and will not allow me to load more than that.
Is the Inventory interface bugged? Or do cargo expanders no longer work on Orcas?

the corp-hold is allways 40k, the cargo hold instead starts with 30k and gains 5% with every skilllevel until 37500 @ industrial command ship V

also the neither the corp hold nor the ore hold are affected by any extender

think you looked at the wrong hold

Additionally, any ship with expanded cargo(via module or skill) won't let you use the extra capacity unless it is the active ship, such as when it is in hangar and you are currently piloting something else.
