Average Age of EVE Player Base

It's obvious by the English usage and the ability to use context and syntax properly that most EVE forum users are at a proficiency far above most other gaming forums.

Too bad that the predominant emotional level knocks them right back into the running with most of the thirteen year old dweebs that populate the top F2P game forums.

So, in answer to the title query, I'd say the average player is an emotionally deficient higher educated person in the thirty to forty range. They likely have no idea what goes on outside of their mom's front door. In fact, if mom stopped bringing meals into the basement and cut off the internet, they would die of simple confusion having not been away from the PC since shortly after graduation.

over 30. eve playerbase is quite old but in many cases likes to act like 12 year olds.

average age of GD poster: 27y
average age of C&P poster: 23y
percent of players who visit forums less than once per week: 55%
percent of players who visit forums less than once per month: 33%
percent of players who never visit forums: 20%

average number of spouses per player: 0.25
average number of children per player: 0.1
average level of education per player: 14y
average yearly income per player: $50,000 (US dollars)
average religious affiliation: unaffiliated
average gender: crossdresser

Back in my day... There wasn't enough dirt formed to be under it, and we had to walk both ways, uphill, through ash storms as there wasn't even enough water for snow. Heck, you kids and your new fangled moon. We saw by stat light alone at night till that darn asteroid hit.

Source? Or should we just assume that this is one of those 86% of statistics that are 77.23% made up?

One of the youngest in my corp (I only know two people younger than me).

I swear we have:

-University teacher, 54 years old.
-Highschool headmaster, 53 years old. His 25 year old son hates EvE.
-Undisclosed professional, over 60 years old.
-Webmaster to a world leader sex website, well over 30.

The average playerbase age being over 35 does not surprise me at all.

I feel like a kid over corp comms...and you can usually hear OUR KIDS over corp comms.

Though not sure what these pointless bits of data would have to do with average ages of EVE players. All it will tell you is if the average is higher or lower than 30.
