The whole point of the 'get likes' thread is to demonstrate that likes don't matter. Why would anyone add an equally useless 'dislike' button, especially when a) dislikes can be abused, and b) this is Eve, where a dev blog described the player base as being more inclined to throw fuel on a fire instead of water?[1]



[1] Granted if the fire is hot enough, water is fuel, but most of us don't use rocket fuel to start fires.
