Also just 10 pairs of boots, shirts, pants. And no plastic surgeons.

According to CCP our future is somewhat Spartan and not so sci-fi as I expected few years ago after I've seen Gallentian glass helmets.

This is proof you can fit an "Ugly Stick" in the high slot of a mining barge and be run over with it in the belts.

So in the same train of thought......

You should be able to marry another toon in the game. When that happens, all your stuff goes into a shared hanger.

All your isk goes into a shared wallet and you can't hide any asset from your spaceship spouse.

That way, when she/he finds someone better... they can take all your stuff with them when they leave.

In this game if you are a man you can have a female character, if you are a woman you can have a male character: and no surgery needed at all!

What could you want more than this!

This brings up another problematic issue; men playing Female characters. Male players appropriating Women's bodies (a **** metaphor, perhaps?) is a gross example of male privilege, not to mention the male gaze abundant in the portrait pictures of most Female avatars.

If I could make a character that had the tip of his **** popping out of the bottom of my portrait, I would.

All of the Gallente bloodlines have some androgynous traits, so make a Gallente and you are set.

I kill kittens, and puppies and bunnies. I maim toddlers and teens and then more.

You utterly failed on the humor part.

I'm pretty sure anyone who took you seriously acquired actually took a step backward. People who seriously say stuff like this are annoying and want to overcomplicate everything.

Thomas Hurt wrote:

0 for 3, not bad. There's a complete lack of sick burns. Or any sort of burns. Not even really a rash.

Seriousness: I'm rather apathetic when it comes to LGBT stuff. I have no vested interest in it and generally just have the attitude of "it's your life". But when people actually do attempt to push changes to language or legislate culture so that they can call themselves what they want on any given day, it annoys me. For example, the fluff news headlines a while back about the "first pregnant man." Turns out it was a woman who'd been surgically altered to look like a man BUT KEPT HER REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM. Sorry folks, that's just an ugly woman...possibly with a fake penis.

Look, if you want to go under the knife to have your genitals rearranged, that's fine by me. It's your money and your body. But if I were to clone you, I'd get a baby with your original gender. If you died and they found your skeleton a year later, all evidence of your sex change would be gone and your bones would indicate your "true" gender. Genetically and biologically you will ALWAYS be what your genes originally determined you to be. Forgive me if I don't make a special effort to make the distinction.

I'm glad we finally got an effort post in this serious discussion thread, even if your post reeks of male privilege (please check your privilege at the door, by the way). I would like to point out, however, that once someone gets a sex change they have always been that sex, and it is the epitome of bigotry for you to insinuate otherwise.

Do you think the proportions would change if the game had more than 6% women playing it?
