I know if I jump through a WH twice, swap ships and jump again I will be subject to the timer, stopping me from jumping. Does this timer also apply to the ship? That is

I jump through twice.
I eject.
Another pilot boards.
Can he jump right away?

Jump timer is per pilot only, ship is not affected.
