I've sent an apology mail to the GM, I admit I shouldn't be insulting the GM's on the forum. I'm just frustrated that;s all, but i'll listen to the community and wait.

Thanks for any advice, harsh or not it's all valid.

Here's what actually happened, regardless of what you say happened: You had your buddy change skills for you once while you were busy. No big deal I'd bet two thirds of the population of the game has done that. Later, since you didn't change your pw the guy you thought you could trust turned out to be less than trustworthy and now you've been boned.


Basically you broke a rule that CCP stopped really enforcing 3 years ago, and now you're suffering the consequences.


To top that off, this is exactly how customer service works, you throwing a hissy fit on the forums because you had to wait ELEVEN WHOLE FRICKIN DAYS is laughable, most situations like this take 30-60 days to sort out properly.

You got one answer, but decided that answer wasn't good enough and now you've had it escalated.

So now, you will sit and wait while what you asked for is done, and trust that if you make an ass of yourself while doing it that you will wait longer.


this guy knows what he is talking about do you really know how many blown up PL titans have been returned to system errors... kinda funny to be honest...

remember the whole find a unmanned titan in 0.0 a few years back... so yeah 60 days for something this complex is not unheard of...

suggestions?

i heard D3 can be fun for a few weeks...

You trying to tell us that even though you know that a skill is going to end in 4 days and 20 hours that you absolutely can not manage to get to a computer for all of five minutes on that 5th day to enter a new skill?

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind outside game skill changing myself but really, 5 minutes of time?

i commonly run into situations where i am on the road for a few weeks and dont have access to a comp that can run eve... i sure as hell can log into eve gate... just not the game... now i would would love ccp forevah and get rug burn on my knees from ccp zulu if you guys let me either change skills on evegate or make the skill queue 7 days long...

The character bazaar offers a secure method of transfering characters from one account to another for a fee, which in no way gives either of the participants access to the others account info.

It goes without saying that if anyone ever asks for your password, even if they claim to represent CCP, do not give it to them.

You are given the user's account name.

You go to account management for your account, not theirs.

You request a character transfer, and state the destination account.

Character transfers cost real currency or PLEX.

The seller (character's original/current owner) always pays this fee.

? I've come to accept that I may not get my original character back due to the huge amount of butterfly effect that has happened but I definately think i'll either get a blank char which I can allocate the same amount of skillpoints too so that it matches my character that was sold.

This char should also be "reset" back to the stage of which it was taken from me, reset the skill points, reset the isk that was in the wallet, assets etc. I'm pretty sure if the logs do exist it's as simple at clicking on my name, scrolling down to the date and it will list every detail about how much isk I had, how many skillpoints, what assets, my sec status, my corp history, everything.

I hate it when people post mundane normal-rules crap and then claim some great injustice. There have been actual cases of items disappearing lately (most of this has been corrected) but the cause in these cases was a poor dev choice or a new-inventory glitch. This was you what, sharing an account or something stupid? Basically everything that's happened to you is the result of a poor choice you made, right? That's just policy and the policy is clear.
