So I used to do PI in highsec and would just sell P1 now Im moving into a C2 wh

It has Ice
Gas x 4
Temperate
Oceanic
Plasma
Lava x2

Would my best option still be selling P1 mats or would it be better to do some higher level products since Im in a wh.

Thanks.

It depends how much logistics you are willing to do and if the POCOs are yours.
Produce P2 from local resources if you want to keep logistic level low (or CO taxes are an issue)
Import cheep P1 ( eg. reactive Metals) and produce P2 (eg.Mech Parts) from it with localy produced P1(eg. prec.Metalls)
On logistic runs export P2 + excess P1 , import cheep P1.

To maximize your M3 to isk ratio (to make exporting easier) I would suggest doing P3s.

Assuming you have IC rank IV, you could have 4 of your planets producing P1s, and a 5th planet setup as a factory planet to turn the P1s into P2s, and then the P2s into a P3. Granted, I use that for my Low sec planets... if your WH planets produce a significantly greater amount of P1s, the lone factory planet may quickly be overloaded. I'm not sure how much difference in planet quality there is between .3 space and WH space.

While this will have some extra hauling needed to maintain within the WH, the only transporting out of the WH you'll need to do is to export the P3s.

If you coordinate with your WH corp mates and/or alts you could possibly make some P4s, which would further improve the Isk/M3 ratio of your exported goods.

Whatever you do, don't bother with the PI if they still have interbus stations. That 17% tax rate will sink your profit margins pretty heavily.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.
