Was there a Laser nerf June 9-ish?

I'm wondering because NPC ships that I used to 1-shot now take 3-4 volleys. Ships that were taking 2-3 volleys now take 10+. And in pvp, I couldn't seem to even dent anyone with lasers tonight, where earlier in the week and last week I was getting kills or running people off.

Same ship, same clone, same fittings, etc.

Anyone else noticed this recently, or before?

are you using stacked weapons?

if so try to unstack them and stack again. Then try again. Sometimes the stacking does not work correctly.
