Well, there's a strong likelihood that these people have actually left the game, so I don't see your Corp's 'RP' stance on the matter being such a problem...

If it is, then use something like EveWho to find out who all their members are, and add them to your contacts list. If noone sees them log in all week, then put it to a Corp vote and go to war.

I used to gripe about this too and while I still think CCP need to get rid of unused high sec POS situation the problem isn't that severe. There are loads of moons for what you have in mind.

To be honest, tell your corp members to shut up. "Lets put all our people in a system with a POS and mine". If you do find the system that lets you accomplish this, in a month you will be on here complaining about the war dec and how your members are all leaving because bullies are station camping them.

Err, solution to obvious problem is obvious. Notwithstanding the shooting option, which I wouldn't bother with because it's a pain in the buttox, you should just find another system a little off the beaten track. I have a POS in high, 5 jumps away from a hub. If you want one next door, you're going to have to blow things up to get it.

Even with battleships an inactive small POS won't take that long. A few AFK capstable geddons will get the job done:
