I want to hear these words

"During the past 3 years the scientists of New Eden has been busily studying the phenomenon commonly referred to as wormholes. And it is with great pleasure that we can now inform you that we have agreed upon a classification of this phenomon. It will now be shown as "spatial anomaly" when you scan for them, making it easier to distinguish between wormholes and other stuff in space"


so...what about it? is there a reason why I have to wait until my probes are at 1-0.5 au before I can see if the signature is a combat plex or a wormhole? It just seems like a waste of time tbh and I am sure that wormholing people will find this helpful as well.

I'm guess it's working as intended. Probing isn't necessarily supposed to be easy.

Also 1 AU? I get locks at 4.

Not everyone wants to spend money on a virtue implant set. Also, with every other signature I can see at 25 percent whether it is something I want or not. But if i am actively scanning for wormholes or combat plex I have to wait until 75 percent to see if it is what I want. The time it takes to get to 75 percent can be significant with the smaller sigs.
