How do ppl successfully grief in High Sec?

Looking at the Hulkageddon 2012 stats and was noticing that some of the kills were in High Sec. Isn't that a suicide run for the attacker? Think I'm missing something basic.

Ok, suicide gank I got. Just checking to see if there was something else going on as some of the kill mails for the Hulkageddon seemed to some rather pricy attack ships for a concord suicide.

Griefing is a bannable offense in EvE. CCP does however define it a little differently than most MMOs do.

I hear the biggest form of griefing is spamming local with your damn lottery/poker site.....Ugh

Everything in EVE is a trap.
