If that is what they had planned years ago...WOW. I just went from thinking WIS would fun but mostly good for capturing more new subs to OMFG I want that! That looks perfect. I expected to see Han and Greedo in the back corner talking business. Now I see why so many people are clinging to that door opening. Who wouldn't want to stop by that place for a drink, some gambling, and maybe a few shady deals before ending the night with some light conversation and dancing.

I get the way to crowded argument, but if they set up the bars like they do the zones it would work. Cap each bar room at a couple hundred players and have many rooms? I would prefer it be one giant bar but don't know if that would work.

Problem I see with it, currently, is that while some places like Jita will be overcrowded...most others will be completely empty. Why waste all those resources developing it, when the majority of players would only use it in a very small amount of systems (As they'll be the only places that it's worth it for players, due to population amounts in systems).

It's a great idea sure, and one I would love to see eventually. I just can not see it's worth in game currently.

They easily track our traffic so they could easily place the bars in the most popular locations, with a few on the outter rims just for the dive bar crowd Blink

1) picture and scene in it is amazing and could be wonderful to see this within EVE and

2) about "Jita overcrowded" problem - it's not really a problem considering there might be different levels with lifts + walls separating larger crowds into 20-50-100 character groups.

2.1) I've seen space stations in SWTOR with up to 400 characters online at once and there was no lag despite fact Hero engine in SWTOR is extremely wreak. See 2)

The people working at CCP now weren't there back then. The people we have now thought it was more EVEish to hire a NY fashion consultant to help design the factions' appearance.

You realise that the internet has many places where you can ogle women who are wearing hardly any clothing without even paying a subscription fee, right?

I would really like to see this sort of thing implemented, there are so many ways it could work (limiting to 25 per room or something. Having rooms hosted by a client like CoD does) Of course mucho work still needs to be done in space so for now we can abandon hope of seeing it
