I wrote a petition myself to know what's the GMs position on this. But as you may know, it will probably take forever to get an answer...

In the meantime, I guess this auction can still go on, but be advised depending on the answer to this petition I might have to sell this char to kREGru no matter what.

As i might want to sell a toon of mine, please enlighten me what happened here.

As far as i see it looks like kREGru just offered a 6.2b b/o and then just sent the isk while the owner asked for a 7.5b buyout.
If Laura hasnt accepted the offer by kREGru... it´s a donation?

I don´t see a scam by Laura here. IMO: Enjoy the extra cash.

EDIT:

OFC this is invalid if the buyout was changed after the first bid.

The first buyout was indeed 6b, but I increased it yesterday since more people seemed to want to bid.

What I asked in petition is wether I must sell the char to kREGru or not since he sent me the iskies despite the fact that I never ever said it was agreed...
Anyway, I didn't remove the iskies now, so if CCP tells me to give it back/give the char to you, it will be done asap, don't worry.

I'm just waiting for them to give me their understanding off the situation, that's all.

Why do you need to consume a ticket-spot then?
Sounds like an agreement on both sides.

Also your WTS fails (at least) to rule #21 (state if the char is in space or docked).


EDIT:

You don´t have to agree if you´re asking for a specific b/o ammount. With the b/o you allready stated your agreement to sell for that ammount of isk.

Did you just become kREGru's lawyer or anything? This char is docked of course, why would I want to keep it in space?

And let's not get carried away, as I stated, I'm just waiting for CCP's answer, I'll do whatever they tell me to, don't worry. If it takes a while, I'm not the one to blame.

And in that case, first B/O beeing at 6b, I'd have to sell the char to Ex Ignis, who was the one to bid this, and not kREGru who bid 6.2b.

I´m not a lawyer nor have i spoken to kREGru. I´m just pointing obvious things out (and at the moment you´re scamming him for his ISK (and maybe render him unable to buy another char (if i understand the rules correct. but at least i read them)).

This is important. If you sell a char with a high valuable implant set. Wouldn´t it be "funny" to sit at the place with a sb´oed thrasher to WTFBBQ the pod?

Never stated you have to transfer the char. It´s either: give Char OR give ISK.
