Ingame Bug report tool won't work (Login Error)

When I wanted to create a bug report (never did this before) I noticed that apparently my ingame bug report tool doesn't work. After entering my password and clicking "send" it sends the bug report (the progress bar appears). When it is finished a message window pops up saying there was an "ERROR ON LOGIN". I checked, double and triple checked my password, login details etc. so it's not that. Filing a bug report through the out of game tool works fine too.

It might help to know that I am running a client that was installed with German as the default language. Then the language was set to English in the settings. There used to be a problem where my keyboard layout kept switching from German to American from time to time, but this hasn't occurred for several weeks now.

Anybody had any similar problems or knows any workarounds/solutions for this?

Yes, I encountered the same problem as you did. In November last year. On SiSi. Filed a bug report about it.

It's now live on TQ for about half a year. I can make a bug report with the in game tool al right, but when I try to send it the progress bar goes to 100%, stays there a wile and then throws an error. The report itself is never actually submitted. Out of game bug reporting works though.

And I don't think it has anything to do with running a localised client (German in your case) because I run the English client. But that is just an assumption.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......
