My brother might start playing EVE too, so I sent him a buddy invite. However, since we'll be playing on the same place (same IP), it will look as if it's 2 accounts owned by 1 player (right?)
However, If he decides to start playing I could really use the PLEX i'll get to get back in the game financially. Is there anything I risk with this? Will either of us get banned or penalized for this?

Is allowed. You can even buddy invite yourself to get 2nd account so same IP address wont be problem.
