Interesting features:

* 3 Bonus Remaps + Regular Remap
* Resculpt available
* Has one jumpclone
* Has 8.0 standings with Amarr Navy
* High security status, and can (albeit barely) enter any faction space.

At the point of sale, the character will additionally have:
* All Legion subs trained to IV, Offensive to V.
* Medium T2 Pulses ready.
* Gunnery support skills at IV.
* AWU at IV.

I realize there's a crapton of injected skillbooks, lots of em trained to 1 or 2, but that is not an SP waste, just doesn't look nice at first glance - and allows you to train without going through the hassle of going to a station with skillbooks. :)
