Just rejoined Eve after a 2 year hiatis..

Not sure where to go from here, I will be in a nullsec Corp soon.

Any advice or guidance to help specialize this pilot based on current skills would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What is your specialty going to be? First you need to optimize your attributes for the skills youre training. For Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Science and Subsystems you'll need to have them mapped for Intelligence and Memory. For Gunnery, Missiles, Spaceship Command you'll need them to be Perception and Willpower. Don't make the two attributes the same value, you'll need 5-6 more points in the primary attribute over the secondary (eg: Int: 32, Mem: 26, but for you that would be 31, 25 as you only have +4's).

After you switch to one of those two attribute setups, train all the skills you need to train that use that specific set of attributes. If you need to train something outside the Int/Mem or Per/Will, you can, but train it to the level you need to use the mod/ship, the get back into the proper skills. The Int/Mem and Per/Will cover almost all of the relevent skills for PvP, with the exception of Drones, Leadership, and Navigation but don't optimize for these. It's a waste of a remap.

So, with that out of the way, train everything to level 5 and enjoy ;)

**EDIT**

I always train any Rank 1 skill to level 5. It doesn't take that long, and it's beneficial.
Train the Shield comps and Armor comps to L4.

Great response!

As far as specializing, I can't remember what my original plan was.. I have a couple million points unallocated from learning skills. I don't wan't to waste anything at this point. If I can find a direction that would be beneficial to a nullsec corp right away, that would be me immediate focus.

Again, great advice and guidance with the attributes as well. I would have made the two equal and I can see clearly now that you have put it in to perspective.

It's great to have all of the choices, a little overweming. But none the less, amazing! Thanks again for the guidance. o/

You could train almost everything to L4 and be ok. Plus it doesn't take THAT much time. A few months here or there. But until you know what you're going to be doing, train up the skills that help the most. But I'll give you some skills to train to L4 based on what you currently have:

Int/Mem skills
Long Range Targeting - I know it's already at 4, but it really helps to have a larger target radius in some situations
Propulsion Jamming
Weapon Disruption
Exp/Ken/Therm Shield Compensation
Shield Compensation
Shield Upgrades
Armor Rigging
EM/Exp/Ken/Therm Armor Compensation
Electronic Superiority Rigging - Depends on role, ut not a bad one to have at L4
Hybrid Weapon Rigging
Launcher Rigging
Repair Systems - L5 as it's a rank 1 skill. Won't take long.
Shield Rigging
Thermodynamics
Navigation Skills - Primary attribute is Int. Train Navigation with Int/Mem attributes set.
Acceleration Control
High Speed Maneuvering
Fuel Conservation

The gunnery skills can be trained on an as needed basis. For T2 guns, you'll have to get the Small/Medium/Large Hybrid Weapons/Projectile Weapons/Energy Weapons all to lvl5. Gunnery is going to take some time, so while you're training for T2 weapons, use the best T1 guns (Meta 4).
Obviously Spaceship Command is a train as needed bunch.
Drones can be trained whenever, because the primary/secondary for drones is both secondary skills for the others. Using the unallocated points for drones might be a decent idea if you're needing to use T2 drones, which you should ;)
But of course don't just throw the extra SP's into drones if you need something trained fast, as the unallocated SP's could be really useful then.

Good luck with everything.

Impressive,

I am absolutely amazed. This is the exact information that I was looking for and needed. You are both a Gentlemen and Scholar!

I honestly expected a bunch of one liner replies at best. I am nothing more then a peasant compared to yourself and you took a good deal of your valuable time, out of your day to aid a perfect stranger. I can't even thank you enough.

This will save me a lot of time researching so that I can focus on many of the other aspects of the game. It's people like yourself that make these games more then just a game.
