One of the most amazing services in New Eden. Corps like RFF & BFL are one of the reasons we love EVE!
Used these guys many times and will continue to use and recommend this service to anyone. These prices changes are long overdue!

Kind words, but something of an exaggeration! Our historical geometric mean from contract issuance to completion is approximately 17-18 hours (and can quite higher if we experience bubble camping).

Still we aim for fast service as often as we can.

Hello everyone!

This note is to give you a heads up on a volume surcharge we will implement on 2012.06.01. From that date forward, our reward calculator will ask if the contract volume is 320,000 m3 or less. If so, no change. For contracts over 320,000 m3 up to a maximum of 360,000 m3, there will be a 15 M isk volume surcharge.

By making the standard contract 320k m3 or less, any jump freighter pilot with racial Freighter IV or below will be able to handle any Black Frog contract (Nomad at Freighter IV is 324,500 m3). This will improve delivery times as more JF pilots will be able to handle the majority of contracts.

By adding a surcharge, we reward the rare JF pilot who has taken the time to train Caldari Freighter V necessary to take the largest (360,000 m3) contracts that can ONLY be handled with a Rhea.

Our goals are simple: Improve delivery times for all customers while simultaneously rewarding highly trained Rhea pilots.

Awesome service, just want to say that I didnt realize anything over 320k took so much time to train for.

I had a contract up to you all from a pretty heavily infested place of npc 0.0 that was 345k and was up for over 2 days and another from the same place that was 260k that was taken care of within 24h. I have since reworked the contract and it is under 320k. Big smile

Good group, both RFF and BFF have done an excellent job of getting everything that I have contracted up for them to move me all over New Eden with fast and efficient service...

Well worth a look if you have to get stuff moved around. The UPS and FedEx of New Eden!

Hi. I think what you're doing is a good thing, but allow me to suggest an improvement.

Charge progressively in 10k m³ tiers, or even by the excess m³, and it'll be beneficial to both yourselves and your customers.

To the customers as it allows them to ship, say, 330k m³ without having to pay the full surcharge therefore making your service more useful.

To yourselves as progressively skilled pilots, but perhaps not top skilled Rhea pilots, can also take advantage of larger contracts and get a reward and incentive for maxing their freighter skills for there are ships that will haul more than the 320 bare minimum yet not the full 360 a Rhea can take.
