Just a word of warning, if a loan contract was issued, just pay, loan scams are against the uela or whatever you call it. If no such contract was issued, self destruct a titan up his bum :P

Scams of any sort, when done in game using in game assets, are not in any way, shape or form against the EULA. In the sandbox of Eve, these scams are the sand that gets into your shorts and stuck in the crack of your ass. Irritating as hell and avoidable with a little common sense. You can either stop playing in the sand or learn to cover your ass better.
