Eve evolves.
So should you.
Did you expect everything to remain static for an entire year ?

Some of us never expected to see things almost halved in price, either.

When things cost more, sellers make more money, as do producers.

It's a neat fact about economies.

So I wonder how you think people earning more money is bad for Eve.

You seem to forget about consumers in your little post..... people are going to stop buying **** because they will realize they are spending way to much time on this game to buy something imaginary. All i see is greedy asswad kids that know nothing about economics..... you think companies would survive if one day they just sold everything for double price? ya i dont think so.

It's called market pressure.

People will have more ISK because the stuff they sell is worth more.

Therefore they will continue to buy things, even if those things also cost more.

I'm afraid your real-world analogy doesn't hold unless market pressures support doubling of prices in the real world.

In the meantime, please purchase more T2 ships.

So where are you going with this? Does this mean you are going to quit the game again because you refuse to pay these prices?
Or are you going to go into business making the stuff that is expensive? Supply and demand curve...

I think this is a pretty valid question.

I just explained to you that it's not a major flaw.

It is a change of economic climate, nothing more.

Are you saying you can't train to mine/build to take advantage of the emergent gameplay and content in the sandbox?

Did skillbooks also double in price?

Your current ISK holdings should retain sufficient value to adapt.

Otherwise, there's plenty of faucets out there still.

I don't think he likes to build things as a style of game play therefore according to his game play preference the game is broken.

Often we see posts like this. Then they blame CCP for their game play style not being supported. Then they leave the game.
Then the game morphs and changes as those players leave. Opportunites become created ingame sometimes as people leave. It is that constant flux of change that makes the game interesting. Every toon has the same ability to learn skills.
What you do with those skills is what makes the game. IMHO.
