Hello,

The launcher works perfectly, but after i hit play and the game itself starts to load it stops at 180MB real memory ( 278MB virtual memory) and 2.3 % CPU. Page ins stop at 230MB and do not move further then that. Page outs stay at 0. It stays there for hours( i have left it even for 4 h) and it dose not seem to change at all. I have tried after starts to start eve directly, and it still dose not work. I have tried with running eve only and thing else, apart from activity monitor and a terminal just to see what happens.

The problem appeared after 1.0.9 #1 update. I started the client, it did the #1 update, played eve for 1h and 30 min, closed the client, and 4h later when i came back, it would not load the client.

I am running an early 2011 Macbook Pro, factory 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 Samsung RAM, 6750m AMD graphics card, factory 750GB 5400-rpm Toshiba HDD, Lion 10.7.4 with all the updates up to date.

What i have done to try and solve the issue:
-Clear the caches
-Restart and open nothing but the EvE launcher
-Redownloading EvE, patch it up and starting it again.
-Leaving the EvE client generous amount of time to load.
-Try and load Sisi, with same results after patching it up.
-Scream at the screen.
-Try and promise the laptop an SSD if it loads EvE.

Finally, after 5h gave up and loaded up bootcamp and played eve from there. In the past i have been able to run 8 clients in space at the same time on the Performance setting on both Windows and Mac on the same laptop.
