EVE needs a Tribunal system

How it works:

One character per account and at least one month old can vote on tribunal cases. Cases range from sec crimes, to EULA crimes like the No-no word which starts with N. Cases need at least 100 votes cast to be decided. Punishment is then handed out by Concord, the next time the person enters high-sec his ship is destroyed then the last thing he sees is his pod being scrammed... the screen goes black and he awakes in a prison cell in Jita with all the other prisoners. During his stay he cannot plug in new skills (or go anywhere obviously, use station services). Players can leave their little hotel rooms that they complain about being prison-like and visit the real prisons where they can cast scorn upon the lowly trash rotting away before them. You can even buy things to throw at them at the market.

The best part is say someone is in their for RMT, and a CCP person has confirmed that person is going to be permanently banned. Everyone can go attend his execution.

People can also be sent before the tribunal for suicide ganking. This would also take the stress off customer service and there should be a limit on how many cases someone can do a day and they should be random to prevent abuse (like how the CSM is always elected).

Somthing like tribunal in leauage of legends online game ? where milions of trols report other playes for afk, feeding, and non skiled players , and after this gms ban those poor people because of stupid reasons and stupid reports, like feed other while pvp...;D tribunals are bad because of fake votes, dont wory we got well skiled GMs and Devs we dont need tribunal.

OP, this is an insane ideal that will allow for griefing on a scale the likes of which you can't imagine. So no. I know you have good intentions, but there are better ways.

If you had 1/10th of what that primate had, you wouldn't have made this thread.

Primate is a derogatory world for them. Would you like to be called a primate?

I can see it now, a glorious era of justice where the goons ban every last miner in hi sec for teh lulz.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

I like the idea of public executions... Would've been nice to see The Mittani getting Polaris DD'd in his most expensive ship...

"We will create the introduction thread if that is requested by the community. Also, we will have an ISD Seminar about the CCL team in the coming weeks in which you can ask your questions about the CCL team and provide some constructive feedback to us." - Countless pages of locked threads and numerous permabanned accounts later, change is coming.

People need to learn that doing things that are totally legitimate types of gameplay and violating a real world legal contract are different things.

Although I doubt that will ever happen.

I can't see any way that a democratic vote cold possibly be abused by a large group of people representing a single interest. And I am sure that EVE players are above selling their votes for real or imagined rewards such as ISK or PLEX.

This is a wonderful idea and should be implemented immediately!

Well, assuming you want the game to be entirely populated by Goons, TEST and Jita inmates.

Hear ye hear ye the Honourable first session of the interstellar court is coming together to decide the fate of the OP. I would now like to ask the members of the playerbase to vote in this proceeding:

Your options are:

A: Bang.
B: Kill.
C: Marry.
D: Checkbox.

Please respond with the letter of your choice, and a haiku explaining why:

B:
