Gift horse that runs away... (Anniversary gifts)

OK... I guess I should have been more vigilant in my reading... Free Anniversary gifts! Awesome!

Went to get them today...

The horse has left the stables with all my goodies...

Really? I only get my gift if I open it before a specific date? Shouldn't it be mine because I was here when they were given out to use anytime in the future??

I was waiting to give it to an Alt that I was just about to make active. I didn't get it before because I wasn't sure what race I wanted...

(sigh)

*Sheeza Killa waves bye to the pretty Horse that ran off because the person that gave it to her decided she didn't use it right away so obviously doesn't deserve it...

They said that anyone who didn't choose a gift would be given the full +2 implant set....is that not the case?

Hmmm... good question! I haven't logged into the game for a day+... I just logged to the site to pick my gift... I will let you know tonight!

I forgot to claim mine too Cry

However, there is a silver lining - "Eligible pilots who do not select a gift during this time will receive the "Plug and Play" set by default at the end of the offer timeframe. "

It says the time to choose a gift is such and such, and the time to finally claim it on a character is such and such.

When I looked at the gift package a few days ago, it showed The PAX as the default gift, so I did not bother logging in 3 of my 5 accounts wanting the PAX as a gift on those 3.

You might have noticed this in the past, but I'm afraid it can take a few days for these things to be all tidied up and finished off.

If you are concerned that the gift elves forgot about you, or not sure if your account was eligible or have any other concerns you can send a petition to the 'Billing category', under 'Reactivation Offers' and we will check it out for you.
