POS bounces my ships

I have an alt that has a POS.
I use this POS as a base sometimes because I cant dock in certain systems because of FW sovereignty.
When I park some ships in the POS and eject from them everyting is just fine, the ships will just stay inside bubble.
But when I log off and log on again, all the ships that were inside the POS shields Bump out of the shields..... even thought I parked them there with the right password. Is this normal??
