War Dec: Surrender Options

If a corp has been war decced, and the aggressing corp finds out it is getting battered as the carebears turned out to fleet up and gank them regularly rather than just sit in station and whine...

The aggressor corp then offers a surrender for '0 isk'.

Is there anyway, beyond making the war mutual and demanding their own surrender terms, that the defending corp can demand a payment to accept early end to the war?

what are the surrender options?

e.g. can you offer a surrender for negative isk? meaning you get paid if its accepted?

Make the war mutual. Then they can't retract/surrender the war. So basically they need to settle with you first.
