Yeah, I would say 12B is right on the mark. You have a really nice sub-BS pilot right now.

I see you're about to move into caps, which looks like the best way forward to increase your pilot's value. Once you have fighters V, JDC V, and racial carrier V, this character will jump in value to 15B-17B or so.

In the future, I would avoid gimmicks like your all level V's in engineering thing. You end up with a serious diminishing returns problem when you do that. The difference between someone with really good engineering skills and someone w/ ALL level 5 engineering skills is not very different value-wise, but there's a big difference in time spent training.

Well I am about to move into Guns / Missiles / Ships as for the last year or so had INT / MEM to max and now switched to PERC/WILL for aforesaid skill groups. After that (somepart during) Leadership Skills, with main aim to have PVP Pilot. Mostly regarding skills so far I have been aiming for certificates with current so far at Elite: Core, Defence & Drones.

Thank you for the tips and have moved said skills higher in the priority list :)

As for not getting things to 5 I am aiming for level 5 with all Guns / Missiles required for Min/Gall raced ships would this not be recommended / waste of time?
