I totally would have gone with a opposing floodlight. Better yet one of those construction generators that has the high power lights on them.

This guy is killing me over here. I've been on his website most of yesterday and all day today and it is so hard to hide the laughter. So far my favorites have been 10 formal complaints, obvious foggot, Party in apartment 3, and chatroulette (which I think I see the actual NickyYo down in the 5th picture). He also has a bunch of stuff on youtube like his video message to his coworker showing him on a roller coaster and holding the guys pens.

HR has been known to be rather humorless but I bet anything that this group probably got excited each time a new complaint against Mr Thorne was sent in. I especially liked the one where he changed the guys business cards to read Simon, Horse Whisperer.

I always hate it when I'm driving and someone gets on my rear bumper with their brights, especially the newer halogen bulbs. I always move my power mirrors so the glare doesn't come inside the cab. I can only presume it goes straight back to the other driver....they don't tend to stay on my tail long afterwards.
