according to current situation with FW (lots of LPs and cheap prices in shops for Minmatar forces) i guess so the best way to buy Navy Cap Boosters is to place buy orders or check for sell orders somewhere close to Minmatar FW zone.

Tried to find good place but had no success. Is there any main market for FW pilots there?

There seems to be allot of very recent activity in the prices of faction goods, and in turn allot of player interest.

I believe what happened was, the manipulation went to far and crashed down on itself due to simple human nature overtaking proper market analysis.

The care and time should have bin taken to asses all possible risk and reward factors.

I'm guessing that most FW pilots right now are looking at cashing LP in for ships, datacores and some of the more desirable modules - if I were doing FW to be honest I'd be looking at doing the same and getting some quick bucks. Over time the markets should settle down, people will do a proper isk/LP conversion rather than being attracted by shinies/short term profits, and you might have more joy.

Minnie pilots are probably using the main Minnie hubs (Rens and Hek) to trade and stock up. Certainly I found that when FW first started, the usual Gallente hubs (Dodixie, Oursulaert) was where I ended up selling more pvp ships and modules to Gallente pilots, although that information is dated by a couple of years now, hope it may be of some help to you Smile
