Rules are as follows:

• T1 non-faction Frigates only (we are, after all, new by and large)
• Fitting is restricted to meta 4 and lower. No faction, deadspace, storyline or officer modules. No cloaks are permitted.
• Faction ammo/cap boosters are permitted, including deadspace ammo. No faction drones.
• Warping out is instant disqualification
• All battles will take part in a director's fleet at his/her warp in (thus no unequal fleet command boosts)
• Warp to director's fleet at your desired warp-in.

cap stable if I run either neut or mwd. With both on its stable for 1m 20s.

I also have an idea to try a TD crucifier maybe (I have good laser and TD skills as well).

Any ideas on the punisher fit? Should I use a crucifier instead? And what the **** do I do about nano-rail cursus'?

I'd go active tank personally. But that's up to you of course. Might be worth throwing a 2 point on if you know your opponent will have an MWD.

Should tank close range fits long enough to kill them or wait for their boosters to finish... with incursus I d try to keep some range initially tbh...

This looks pretty legit tbh. The only thing that makes this more attractive to me than the 11k ehp neut punisher is the fact that this thing has range.. Hmm..

Given the fact the tank is passive (not sure how much cap this tank mode uses if its excessive "downgade" to eanm) I don;t see immediately why you forego the omgbbq power and range of las0rs on the new PunisherTM... (of course o scorch is a bummer...)
