√ Fast Talk lvl 5
√ NPC Battleship in 0.1 system
√ Killing as much as posible within 15 min in as many systems as posible

Iv never had a problem to get my Security Status up from -2 to 0 in one day. After Inferno, i find it bloody hard, anyone else notice this?

I was -1
Did 32 lvl 4 missions in 0.5 systems
Went from Fuskunen to Taff and killed a battleship in every system (0.1 - 0.4 systems)
When i was done i was -0.8

You could always just not blow people up?

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

I haven't noticed a difference since the release of Inferno, but it could have something to do with the neutrals I've been shooting in low sec.

Shooting people is a way of life. To raise your security status, you want to maximize gains from shooting NPCs, so you can go back to shooting players sooner.

1) It's easier to raise sec status if it's lower. Bouncing between -2 and +2 is a lot easier than going between +1 and +5.

2) You gain sec status based on a per system per tick rating, from bounty ticks, modified by the best type of NPC you've killed. To maximize your gains, you want to kill 1 battleship per system per 20 minutes in as many systems as possible.

3) You can all gain sec status from the same NPC kill provided you were all on grid (and probably shooting) the target.

So, the best way to gain sec status is to get a circle of 5 or so systems and loop through them killing 1 battleship per system with as many people as you have that need to gain the ability to go back to fighting in high security space.

Note that this all has to do with security status and absolutely nothing to do with faction standings. If you've got a ring of systems out in 0.0 with decent true sec and a fairly quiet location, running this isn't so difficult. If all you have access to is missions in high sec, you're probably not getting security status terribly efficiently. I'm not sure what the best way to approximate a ring of decent systems is, but I'm sure creative minds can find a solution to working this system.

This i know, but has it changed?
As said after 32 lvl 4 missions, and killing NPS battleships in low sec as i use to where in normal can gain about 1.5 to 2 points i only gained 0.2 from -1 to -0.8.

Characters now need to be on grid to gain sec. Possibly even do damage.
