What is the minimum for an internet connection to play eve online. normal i use a 20 mbit but have tried a 10 mbit and there is no difference What?

I think EvE can run even over 56 kbit/s modems.

The system requirements is DSL but deactivating features like EVE Voice will reduce the bandwidth requirement. I know of players who have played EVE while on deployment over a Satellite connection with similar speed like a 56k modem.

However playing under minimum system requirements means we can't give any guaranties that a future patch might not introduce a feature which requires you to update your connection to continue playing and you will of course experience longer loading times which might be problematic depending on your play stile.

I've run EVE on a 2G mobile connection. Patching it would be implausible, mind, but you can at least log in and spin your ship.

EVE requires connection stability and low latency far more than bandwidth. As long as you have that it should be fine at almost any speed.
