Black screen and lock up anywhere between a few seconds to a minute of entering the game.

I tried updating my drivers to the latest, running the repair executable in the eve folder and playing with the graphics and ingame graphics settings, makes no difference. All other software on the computer running fine.

Started happening since the last Inferno hot fix I think, I don't know if it's related but I was also having another glitch where ships would turn white and stargates would have a glaring white shroud around them.

Could you send me the log server output?

You can use a Bug Report and post the Bug Report ID here in this thread so I have an easier time finding it, please mention in the description that the report is for CCP Sputnik.

Not sure how I'm going to save a log when it locks the computer up, also it seems the title is a gross exaggeration, as I was ingame just now for a good 5-10 minutes and couldn't reproduce it.

Guess I'll just have to leave the logserver running whenever I play for now and get back to you.

Thank you, thats always a good idea if you experience issues with your client, it wont help you with petitions but any DEV will appreciate it very much if you can provide the LogServer output when reporting an issue.
