On my MBA everything works great except when I go into warp black lines rotate around my ship and its hard to see the screen. I assume it's a setting but I cant figure it out. Any ideas?

Same issue here, on mac book air max beefed up latest edition. It's playable but a bit annoying. Perhaps it's because of the lowest graphic settings?

P.S. I can post a picture after Eve client will start working again, upgrade process failed (edit: works fine after reinstalling)

Here is how the line look like during the warp (they rotate around). Nothing changed in Inferno:

All my graphic settings are on lowest. While I do not expect best graphic maybe it would be somehow possible to remove this artefact?

Also have the same problem here with a MacBook Air, also on lowest graphics.
Mac OS X 10.7.4
1.7 GHz Intel Core i5
4GB 1333 MHz DDR
128GB SDR
Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB

If you configure it to Quality, this no longer appears... but you get one damn hot Mac...

I have this exact same issue on my MacBook Pro.

I also have massive pulsating stars that murder the framerate when I undock if I turn "Effects" on. Similar problem when opening the Star Map, although I can't seem to make that go away. (All system dots pulse and framerate plummets to sub-one.) Solar System Map works fine.

This is the computer I dual-box my alt on, so absolutely nothing else is running. Just EVE.

OS X Lion 10.7.3
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
4GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB

Have had this since I first installed EVE; it's not a new issue.

Same problem here on my MacBook Pro... the problem goes away when I set Shader Quality to Medium, but that takes my framerate down. Ugh

I get something similar on a laptop, but this is an AMD/ATI graphics laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. It's also not confined to a region of space - it happens even in dock or looking at my ship from the balcony in CQ. I get black lines and surfaces coming from lines and points on my ship and other rendered objects, which converge to points in the distance. Very strange - happened with the one of the updates for Inferno and it's only happened on one laptop (my oldest machine). Lucky it's not the main machine I play EVE on - I couldn't possibly play it like this.

==> FIXED <== You have to set shader and texture quality to Medium. That will get rid of the black lines during warp.

Same here. OS Lion 10.7.4
MB Pro 13" 2011 - 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 5
4GB 1333 Mhz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB

Running on low to medium, so far have only experienced weird artifacts (black spinning lines) during warp. Has anybody found a solution to this, yet? Much appreciated if you do.

I'd say that was a workaround as opposed to a fix. I'm on MBA too and performance takes a hit when those changes are made.
