Bill is minimum so because 500m is like a months PLEX and this account used 2 and spent that special deal that gives u 3 mnths game time + payed game which is PLEX as well... This toon is perfect starter toon for anything from PvP to ratter to industrial/transporter 6 months old
So minimum I would took under consideration is billon ISK and with that price i am loosing.
+ Ppl count mill SP = 1 bill ISK
