CCP bit off more then Eve & the DEVs could chew with Escalation & Inferno

The Unified Inventory was NOT ready for prime time, the incursion nerf KILLED whole communities, the drone/loot nerfs has made the economy outa whack to the point where newbies must be despairing over how many months it'll take them to be able to buy a BS.... and Dust bunnies 90210 is in the pipeline for he summer?
-IMHO give peeps the option to turn off the Unified Inventory like last year where the ship spinning was brought back.
-Unnerf the Incursions.
-Fix EVE voice because Escalation/Inferno really caused it to bomb!
-Bring back meta 0 loot ( this shoulda been phased in 1-2 months after the drone nerf not at the same Was the thinking everyone will buy PLEX to keep up or was that marketings idea over Dr E's objections of sinks over nerfs ? )
-Change the Vanguard OTA's
-Address the FW NPC implabances between Amarr/Minitmarr complexes

With DUST bunnies being the dice roll of the future of CCP & its comming soon CCP better act quick on the above or face the consequences like last year.

The time for civility has come neigh. Not like the CSM is doing jack for anyone except thier own petty interests at least Mittans was for more of the betterment of Eve in general while he was on the CSM before he got thrown under the bus by CCP

In the same order:

  • Unified inventory: yes CCP failed. But they are fixing it , stop whining.
  • Incursions needed a nerf, not this much, but CCP confirmed they are reversing some of the nerfs.
  • Eve voice: Don't know, don't use it.
  • Loot changes: All good. use cheaper stuff if you cannot afford the higher prices. Also T0 Meta0 removal is good for industry

Inventory is great, might need a couple of tweaks, but I really like the ease and use of it now. As for Incursions, CCP is going to keep tweaking them as well. As for drone poo - it was a much needed nerf. As for EVE voice, don't even use it.

As another said, stop whining and adapt, or quit.

Not only has CCP chewed off more then the DEVs can swallow but WAY more then the GM's could handle too! Have you seen the profusion of complaints about the petition response time? Heck there is a whole new sticky where the GM's are crying for vounteers to help with the overloadAttention Imagine what'll happen with the DUST UP!

    • No not one single DEV has confirmed some the Incursion nerfs will be rolled back or 'reversed'... as matter of fact 1 DEV has closed her last thread & not a word about Incursion 'fixes' has been spoken in the last ~3-4 weeks. Just alot of emptyness I'm sure the FW warriors are familiar with after a few years of complaints

    I love CCP and the devs, but there's been a few issues that really forces a sense of disappointment, a lot on the horrible performance of the unified inventory.......

    The market will stabilize as it always has done, the UI does need tweaking to improve navigation and performance and your STILL mad about the incursion nerf? I hear they still pay as well in low/null...

    the market has been f'd for over 3 months and not looking any better. tier 3 bs over 200mil ya over 200mil for a rokh lol over 80-90 mil for a domi over 120mil for a mega.

    It come to the point were a fleet typhoon is only 100mil more the a tier 3 bs and for that 100mil more its 3x better then a tier 3 bs.

    market will stabilize when? with hulkaggen now running full time your dreaming put the crack pipe down and get sober to see the markets f'd ccp is killling the game goons are just putting the lane dog down now.

    The Incursion nerf needed to happen, it did not bend but completely broke risk vs reward, it was also hugely inflationary.

    As t the cost of things on the market, this is kind of normal after a hulkagedon (this one will only stop with the moon goo nerf) and with the number of miners going elsewhere things will continue to rise until it stabilizes to were supply and demand meet.

    Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

    ITT: An OP complaining about petition response times, whilst admitting in other threads he has been abusing the petition system to complain about the incursion nerfs.

    Also, OP thinks everyone should be able to afford everything and that mudflation is a good thing. Basically OP is dumb.

    the prices currantly are pretty much back to around pre RMR prices id say and industry is looking in good shape now, providing said industry guys are aware of hulkageddon and stay alert. as for the inventory, yes a few little bugs here and there but after useing it for a bti im very much liking the new inventory ^_^ as for the incursions, nerf was much needed, and the randomisation is good so folks cant do them in there sleep any more.

    Fleet typhoons were only 100M more than a tier 3 BS last year (Abaddon: 135M, NavPhoon 235M)

    The new prices aren't "out of whack" they're decided by player supply and demand. The price of minerals reflects the true price that human players demand to mine those minerals. The "out of whack" prices were the artificially low one of the last couple of years.

    As more players see the money that can be made mining, supply will increase and an equilibrium will be reached. There's nothing mandatory about flying battleships.
