**By the end of this auction both Jump Drive Calibration and Jump Freighter skills will be at least level 3.**

I'm about 2.5b invested in this character, he has minimal Jump Freighter skills, pretty decent market skills, and can fly a cloaked transport ship. Character has a positive wallet, and will be in a NPC corp by the end of the auction.
