Couple days ago I found a person in my Ibis. She was all alone and trapped. I then realized she was a trophy from one of my early days mission, from almost 2 years ago. I feel so guilty now. She was inside of my ship, alone in the dark and trapped. Not sure how but she's still alive but won't talk to me not matter what. What should I do to her?

P.S. I tried to reprocess her but the staff won't let me.

I heard of Goonswarm,in fact I heard all Goons are nice kind hearted people who do charitable work for the greater good of all Eve players. I heard they were trustworthy too. And that they even require donations from all new members to prove they have good intentions, which is than distributed to the newbies and poor people of Eve to buy them all mining frigates and cruisers along with complementry lasers so they can fend for themselves, so they never go hungry again and have to rely on handouts.
