Can't buy plex or access character transfer page?

Hi, I noticed I cannot use the 'buy plex' function of the website. It gives this error when I click the link

An unexpected error occurred

An unexpected error has occurred, please try pressing your browsers back button and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support. (ref: 7cr72RQo6LS7yqEfq5ayUA)


I also get a very similar error if I click the character transfer link. I can use the trade ETC link but not the others in that screen. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix this? I opened a petition but haven't recieved any word yet.

Thanks for the response, I did that before I posted here. Was just wandering if anyone else was having this issue and if so what fixed it for them =). Suppose I'll just wait. Only 4 days of play time left and I'd rather not spend my isk on a plex in game if I don't have too.
