Don't have EFT handy but it's something like this.

Medium pulses with scorch
MWD, long point
HS, TE, nanos and a named DC

Kite other frigates like a bastard and nuke them down with your 100ish dps at 20km. Thing is that this requires you to be experienced in kiting so you know what you can and can't kite and how certain weapon systems affect you at 20km. You need to have good situational awareness (and add radial velocity to your overview), hitting approach and then F1 is a lot easier than trying to keep (multiple) overheating MWD ships at bay.

So against slower short range ships is super easy but against something bigger with more range or speed and/or a better pilot its lack of tank and control can get you in trouble very quickly.

^^^^ That's it in a nutshell. You must pick your targets carefully.

itl kick the crap out of any frigate except a wolf, artyjag, hawk, rail harpy, and ishkur(if you cant kill its drones)

I liked fitting Duals on mine so i could shoot drones

If you can get rid of drones it can kill cruisers too possibly

Apart from the named DC and a HS, there is fitting freedom in the lows and rigs. You could TE and/or locus lows. You could put speed mods on or a small armor repper. You can even get a second HS in. I personally haven't found a 'best' fit yet.

Good question! You could get ten Slicer pilots together and they would all fit theirs slightly differently. The debate could go on all night. It's a fun ship and all those low slots mean you can fine tune it to your preferred fighting style. If you haven't used one before my advice would be to err on range and a Warp Disruptor II. When you get more comfortable with kiting you can fit more heatsinks and fight a bit closer. General rule of thumb, orbit cruisers, keep frigates at range. Don't get caught with your pants down within scram range. A complex MWD really makes them shine (Gisti/Coreli)

Forget Battleclinic, it's mostly EFT warriors and theorycrafting. Failheap is a much better source of fits. These guys actually fly and kill stuff.

My pleasure. Love him or hate him, I've found prom's fits to be pretty soild, although most of the guys on failheap have some very respectable eve experience. EFT warriors get short shrift.

Agree with most of this stuff but you don't need a disroptur II. Just keep your T1 disruptor overloaded the whole time, it should last long enough.
