Oh yeah, I'm all over this. I think though rule number 6 is dumb. Remove it. You want us to take these people out, it shouldn't matter how their ships are fitted. Pirate

Revised. If they have taken rat damage they CAN carry a warp disruptor/scram. However, rat damage must be on their kill.

Things are only impossible until they are not.
