Miner ganking explained....

Ok I just googled that song and listened to it and read the lyrics, how in gods name did the OP connect that to miner ganking? I thought the song was funny but there was no mention of ganking or mining anywhere in it.

I do not know what the hell everyone is going on about when it comes to miners being ganked in game. Travel the systems in and around Jita, Rens, or any of the other main trade hubs. There are miners going about their business as usual. Ore prices are coming down. Ship prices are dropping.

So if all this terrible ganking is happening as frequently as many would have you all believe - I am not seeing it. The kill boards back this up. It's not like we're seeing barges and whatnot exploding every few minutes. So stop hyping something that is just not happening.

Besides, I think some people have actually grown bored of ganking mining barges - if they haven't - then why are there so many still mining away like they have no care in the world?

I know, right, but if you are actually in game you'd see that it is not as bad as people make it seem. When I can fly through half a dozen system and count almost a couple of dozen mining ships...it isn't as bad as people make it seem.

Miners aren't dumb. They are lazy. Which is worse.

If all they did was mine aligned and at the computer, ganking would become one of the hardest things to do in EVE. But instead, they prefer to whine and continue being lazy*.


*Not all miners are like this... just the whiny vocal ones.

That's where you come in Miners, you are the equivalent of a goat staked out in a clearing with all four legs hamstrung, bleating feebly.

Are there any left? 27000 players on my time from 39000 to 44000? Big damn difference in a few months.
