I am writing with the absolute full respect for Hilmar for his utterly selfless and honest post I have personally ever seen in my 4 years in this wonderful game.

This blog alone goes a very long way for me personally about building confidence in how Eve operates and its employees and the interactivity they have with us.

CCP obviously have great plans for us all and have laid out a few great things in the above blog.

If only he had posted that after Incarna shipped. Sounds like desperation coming this late in the game. Now all he has to do is keep goonswarm from gutting highsec gameplay, and things could possibly recover.

Better yet...let's do away with the election and let Chairman For Life Mittani choose who he wants to have on the council with him. That way we could avoid having to deal with people who break NDAs to leak information to biased news sites and anybody who think crowdsourcing is a real word.

I think this is a time where we WATCH MORE OF WHAT THEY DO and LESS OF WHAT THEY SAY.

CCP has HISTORICALLY (recent history) said one thing to their customers and turn around the next day to the Icelandic PRESS and state the opposite.

Remember when they said Incarna is a feature of Eve, then in the press they state Incarna is a prototype for World of Darkness.

Remember when they told us vanity only, then the Icelandic press, they want to push more game items into NEX.


CCP's words are WORTHLESS.

CCP's actions are what we need to see, WINTER EXPANSION, THEIR LAST CHANCE.

And no, Ship spinning and 3 x 750MB patches just for CLOSETS and shipwide nerf is NOT ENOUGH.


CCP. YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF TIME, You better make it GOOD in Winter, There is no more chances, that much is obvious.



Sales numbers must be bad, that is the ONLY reason he is posting it, not because he cares about YOU, the customer. Only because his quarterly numbers are SHRINKING FAST and World of Darkness is now in jeopardy.

Once they get WoD near finished and funding, CCP will be back to their arrogant selfs again.
