2 monitors on 1 pc.....2 accounts..can I get Eve to play fixed screen (fullscreen) on both monitors?

if so how? The best I can seem to get is 1 fixed screen and the other in windowed mode. If I put both to fixed screen they jump to 1 monitor

Select them to use "different" display adapters. basically every output for your display is listed as separate adapter in dropdown box, like NVIDIA XXX 1 and NVIDIA XXX 2.
