Nah, use a Covetor. The ongoing bounties are only for Macks and Hulks.

You realize, they'd probably be happy to fight, right?

Think abou it. If every alliance was to just make a pact for a month, and take every PvP fleet in there, and just wipe the Goons out, we would not have to worrie about them. And I do mean wipe. 1 month would save the universe a lot of prolbomes.

Every other alliance in the game probably could do that... but why would they want to?

Not everyone shares your problems.

Do rats show up a null sec grav sites that you have to scan down, or just at the standard asteroid belts?

Yes. (Don't ask compound questions).

EDIT: I'll play nice, they appear in both.

You know I have to laugh at this, I mean its just a game. I mine make isk, buy shiney stuff, get killed ... rinse and repeat. Its fun!

I've done my fair share in Eve over the past 8 years, nothing changes, theres gankers and wa (stop!)

If people QQ over their hulk, they need to get a life.

Its very simple, keep an eye on local, set any corp/allince to -10 that are known qankers. If you afk mine, be prepared to comeback to yourself awake in pod/station ...jeez its simple.

2. Miners complaining about not being safe.

1) You don't understand Sov Warfare
2) Pay them and they'll try
3) ......
4) No profit, you just don't understand Sov Warfare. A month to take Dekklin? Shocked

Branch fell in a month. So did Tenal, for that matter.

Our capital is VFK, by the way. You're welcome to bring fleets up there - a number of people do, and there was a group that got the idea last August that dropping 100 supers or so into system would kill us all.

You saying that Goonswarm's not going to put up a better fight than WN.? Did you actually lose any Sov timer fights (I was away from the game for most of those campaigns)?

Hi all Just thought I would add my 2 isk on this

I think that the continuing of Hulkageddon is a little disappointing.

Now my main is an industrialist and a miner. I have done a little PvP but generally due to family life, work and down time being 9pm for Aussie players, I really only get an hour (usually in half hour blocks on either side of DT) to play a night. Means I can’t really get into the serious stuff.

But being a miner is not why I think Hulkageddon should not go permanent. Losing a ship is part of the game (and as a producer of Hulks – the more people that lose them the better ). What is a disappointment is that a cool annual event that people, whether they loved or hated it, would sit up and take notice has become the everyday standard operating procedure. It is now common place.

I understand if Mittens is doing this for some master plan or economical reason. (like the Ice injunction), but if he is just doing it because hulkageddon is cool and special, I wish he would just stop. Something like this is special because it is a “sometimes” event. If it becomes something that is in effect 23.5/7, then it is no longer special and I think a lot of the hulkageddon magic disappears.

Just my thoughts while I eat lunch.

seems to me "infinity" is coming closer and closer to an end. i am seeing more and more miners returning back to mining both on the normal belts and even on ice. i wouldnt be surprised if the mineral prices started to come down soon. the mining numbers i've been seeing traveling around are almost back to normal before hulkaggedon began.

Yep im now 100% convinced this is an attempt from Goontards to get miners to join them and be their slaves in 0.0.

you say that like mining arkonor all day for goons would some how be worse than mining veld all day for the jita market with the constant risk of losing a 300m ship to a destroyer worth the same as your cargo.

But even well fitted exhumers are comparatively weak against a small group of destroyers.

I'm not interested in the politics of why etc, I just find it ironic how nullsec is now seen as the safe option to mine instead of empire Ugh
Indeed.

This is why Cascade Imminent is now offering Mining Passes to prospective prospectors at easily affordable rates. All of what Ruby lists is provided to clients at rates as low as a 10mil monthly fee per character. That's 300K isk per day. The project is heavily integrated with Black Frog Logistics as far as getting clients' goods to and from 0.0 reliably and safely as well.

So if you truly feel that highsec is less safe to mine in then 0.0, well, there's an easy solution to your problem.

Everybody is doing that very thing. Cruising through Ivar and Osau, it's all T1 barges now. Demand is so low that Hulks are actually selling at a loss; if you could reprocess them for parts, I'd be doing it.
