+45mil SP Caldari looking for corp

Myself:
Few hours in mid-late morning 9am to 1pm'ish and late night about 11pm to 1am'ish.
I might play Eve when I can 4hrs a day. Sometime more hours when I am not working a weekend. I work a lot in short.
I work 2nd shift is why my hours are weird.
Time zone is PST.-8hrs GMT
I got SP but due to odd hours never got to deep into the PVP of Eve since it takes a long time to do much.
The corps I been with wanted me there mass hours and I can't. I got a RL that needs tending.

What I am looking for in a Corp
>Looking for a Corp that makes ISK doing this and that. PVP, Mining, WH, lvl 5 mish runnings..........
>With PVP, having full ship replacement program would be great.
>Mature Corp is a big plus. I am not a big fan of chat that makes me feel I am in WoW. Some is ok but not the constant rambling of it.

Regional defense is not optional. Pilots are also expected to have fleet-standard fitted ships on hand if they are capable of flying them.

What we're looking for:
• Players interested in a fun, friendly environment
• Motivated team players
• Ability to fly a shield tanked BC (or training for it) in PVP is required.
• Ability to fly a bomber or other T2 frigate (or training for it) is required.
• FC Experience and/or Blackops capability a plus.
• Miners & Manufacturers are welcome as long as they are willing to join in PVP operations when in 0.0.
• All pilots must be willing to train Cyno 4. (Alts for this are fine)
• Pilots must be willing to provide limited api keys for any and all of their EVE accounts.

What do we do:

• Black OPS roams (thus the requirement to be able to at least fly a bomber
• Cap Drops when we find decent targets
• AHAC and Nanohac gangs
• BC Roams
• Super-Happy-Fun-Day frig, destroyer and T1 industrial roams
• Logistics arm is 2nd to none.
• Exploration ops and Wormhole Raids
• When in empire we do incursion ops and level 4 mission gangs
• Paid Orca and Rorqual supported mining ops in empire and null sec.
